Well, quite frankly speaking, the Bots deserve it. Just watching the Transformers: The Movie took me down memory lane to the Saturday's where I used to be glued to the tube watching the Decepticons and Autobots slugging it out (Transformers was such a talk about amongst me and my friends when we went cycling around the neighbourhood). It was like a dream come true cause I have been waiting for aeons for Hollywood to produce a big screen movie.
Transformers: The movie might lack the glory of the various characters portrayed in the original cartoon series (that ran from 1986 - 1989 for four seasons), but it surely kicks some major butt. And, Peter Cullen still sounds as suave and macho as the voice of Optimus Prime.
It's a well deserving tribute for The Transformers who are currently celebrating their 20th anniversary.
